What the website collects

When you submit a request or book, the website collects your contact details, the service requested, a brief description of your needs, and appointment and payment status. If you request a home or business visit, it also collects the service address needed to review and arrange that visit. Don’t send passwords, recovery codes, payment card details, or sensitive files through the intake form.

How it is used

This information is used to respond to your request, confirm the service location, arrange service, process required payments, and send appointment messages. Appointment requests are not confirmations of service.

Service providers

Payments are handled by Stripe; Linkable Labs does not store card details. Transactional email and calendar providers process the information needed to deliver appointment messages and manage scheduling.

Storage and access

Records are stored in the application’s database. Access is limited to the people and systems that need the information to arrange service. Intake records are subject to a configured retention policy; booking and payment records may need to be retained for business recordkeeping.

Analytics

This website does not enable advertising trackers or third-party analytics by default. Booking interaction events do not include your form responses, contact details, or service address.
